Appointments
Appointments allow us to see you
more efficiently and are highly recommended. Of course,
emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by
Patients with previously scheduled appointments. Walk-in
appointments will be accomodated as quickly as possible, however
there might be a short delay before being seen. Appointments
may be made by phone, or for additional convenience, requested online.
Drop-off
services
For your convenience we do offer
an early-morning drop-off service, usually beginning at 7:30 a.m.
(if earlier only by prior arrangement). A consent form
and contact information will allow us to proceed with the care
requested, and a doctor or staff person will discuss all
pertinent information with you a time of your mutual convenience
during the day. As with office visits, drop-off
appointments may be made by phone or requested online.
Broad Selection of
Easy Payment Options
You have several choices
of payment. You may pay by cash, check or credit
card at the time that services are rendered. For your
convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and
Discover cards. We can also help to process all
nationally recognized pet insurance programs.
We also accept CareCredit.
CareCredit is an increasingly popular consumer tool which
provides low-interest credit for a wide spectrum of health care
needs, both human and veterinary. Feel free to ask us and we
can help you with the simple phone or online application
process.
In addition, if you choose, we can
also establish a monthly payment program for you that we
call "TotalBond's Compassionate Payment Plan." It works like
most personal charge accounts at retail stores. We trust
you. And we want to provide uncompromised quality care,
as worry free as we can.
Here are some of the specifics of TotalBond's
Compassionate Payment Plan. Before we begin providing
services, we shall give you an estimate of the total
cost--as accurately as we can. We want to relieve you
of any concerns you might have at this time. After the
services are delivered, we create, with you, a plan that
fits your budget. We shall require a portion of
the initial invoice be paid "down." That is,
you shall pay (by cash, check or credit card) a portion
of the total invoice upon our initially providing you with the
products and services included in the first invoice or
estimate. Then, beginning the first of each month, you
shall pay on the remaining balance, including a
reasonable interest charge, until the amount is paid in full.

Patient
Arrivals
For your protection, and that of
others, we ask that all dogs be on a leash and properly
controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms, and
that cats be presented in an
appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. Thank you.
