From Charlotte: Take Route 49 south, cross over the Buster Boyd Bridge into Lake Wylie, SC. Continue south on 49 for approximately 2 - 2.5 miles. Go through 2 traffic lights, then look for the Southern Star gas station on the left hand side of the road. Forest Oaks Drive is immediately after the gas station on the left, and just before the Lake Wylie Assisted Living Center.

From Gastonia or Rock Hill: Take Route 274 into Lake Wylie from either Rock Hill or Gastonia. When you come to the intersection of routes 274,557, and 49, you will head north on route 49 as if you were headed towards the Buster Boyd Bridge or Charlotte. We are approximately 3/4 - 1 mile from that intersection. Forest Oaks Drive is on the right hand side, and is located just after the Lake Wylie Assisted Living Center and just before the Southern Star gas station.
